Hi there!

My name is Serge Guillou. For the past 25 years, I have specialised myself in bar management and operations of new and renovated bars in deluxe hotel properties and private establishments.

Eleven years ago, I launched my own consulting company, Barpartners. We are committed to create unique and tailor-made cocktail experiences, bar concepts and workshops. Dedicated to share our passion and knowledge, we also devoted ourselves to train and educate the next generations of bartenders.
